Citizens Energy/CITGO Oil Heat Program:
Also known as "Joe for Oil," we have been participating in this program since 2008. Here's some important information to apply for assistance:

• One time delivery of 100 gallons, FREE

Once you have been approved you will receive a voucher in the mail that will need to be presented at the time of delivery.

Penquis Community Action Program (LIHEAP):
We've participated in this program since 2008. If you have not scheduled an appointment with Penquis, do so as soon as possible. They can be reached at 207-596-0361 or 1-800-585-1605.
